Working with Asset Managers on proper capitalization of fixed assets and operational costs, working with the financial analysts on the analysis of financial data, works with corporate accountants. Other essential functions are the monthly close process, preparation of schedules to support the balance sheet and income recordation, monthly bank reconciliations, recording / amortization of the loan fees, insurance and deferred income, recording management fee expenses.
